11. All batches will be under FAST ETA through EMS (5-7 days after ship out from Japan address). Box shipout is every 1-3 weeks. Delays may occur.
12. If your item/s did not arrive on time before the batch ship out, it will be included in the next batch. According to my consol, parcels usually arrive 2-10 days after order confirmation, depending on the seller.
13. ISF will be calculated once the box is in transit to PH. I will collect this once the box in transit to my PH Address. This is PAYO.
14. ISF will be divided by the number of items included in the box. In the instance that there will be other items aside from paper goods, ISF will be divided based on the weight. (per gram)
15. I will not ship out item/s that have a pending balance. Kindly settle your payments on time to avoid late payment fees and delayed shipment.
